$ 2,500,000 in just 11 months after Ron Dayan completed this dramatic transformation, while current appraisal shows a whopping $ 5,200,000 appreciation on investment. Working with the homeowners to include her love of antiques and his love of all-things electronic, Dayan magically bridged the 18th with the 21st centuries. With the addition of 1,500 square feet to the interior of the home, he also created a vast new sports and entertainment area.
