A grand three-tiered crystal chandelier greets guests as they enter this stylish contemporary home in the heart of the metro. With a clear and cozy view of the fountain in front and a fireplace in the living room, this elegant
room features control of lighting, HVAC, shades and
audio from a wireless Isys i/O TPMC-10 tablet or from a
wall- mounted designer key-pad that blends nicely with
the room’s tasteful décor. The flexibility of Total
Home Technology allows the fountain and player piano to
be integrated into the control system.
The home is integrated with Touchpanel Media technology
system where one can monitor online auctions and stocks daily; instantly consult favorite web-sites for weather, recipes, flight information or sports stats; download the latest MP3 music and even place an impromptu video-conference call, all right from the kitchen, living room coffee table or even by the bedside -using the same device to adjust audio levels, dim the lights, and turn up the AC.
